'Home Sweet Home' Applied Dreams Workshop, November 2005

I worked with IDII internal faculty advising Ma Interaction Design students on products and services for the 'Home Sweet Home' project.

‘Home Sweet Home’ was the brief for an Applied Dream with Droog Design where the workshop focused on living alone.
An increasingly transitional single life requires us to be more self-sufficient and to reflect on what is really important to us in terms of moving & creating the idea of home. If our demands are constantly changing based on our context, what factors would we compromise in order to live in a more a minimal, simplistic, self-sustaining and digitally undemanding home?
This investigation required an understanding of how structures, objects or devices could morph, adapt and therefore deliver relevant functions upon demand.
